Post-Conviction Review
Post-Conviction Review is now being utilized, based upon remaining
evidence and documentation, to evaluate whether or not DNA testing
could have exoneration potential in a given case. A comprehensive
review by an independent scientific expert could both reduce
costs and expedite the process by readily identifying probative
testing and avoiding unwarranted DNA analyses.
 Based
upon the specific request, IDENTIGENETIX, Inc.
will perform a comprehensive review and provide a report, an
affidavit and/or expert testimony regarding the findings as
appropriate.
